You received the wrong item.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-embroidered items, as they are made specifically to your order.

Before returning any eligible item, please notify us via email or chat with us. Returned products must be in their original packaging, securely wrapped, undamaged, and unworn. Ensure the item is safely packed in a carton box to protect it during transport, ideally using the same box in which it was delivered to you.
